Q. Do you buy residential homes only?
A. No. We buy both residential, commercial and will consider any other of properties except Mobile homes although we primarily buy single family homes, condos and townhomes. Call us to evaluate your property. 
 
 
Q. What do you do with my house after you buy it?
A. We buy houses to resell to our investors or for our own rental property listing. We can either repair and renovate your house and sell or rent it out or we can sell it to our wholesalers who will then use it as they so wish.
 
Q. How fast can you close and pay me for my home?
A. On the average in about a week but some times the title search may take up to 14 days each situation is slightly different. We do order title insurance from a title company to protect you and us.
 
 
Q. Do I need a real estate agent or attorney to sell my house?
A. It is entirely up to you, typically you do not. The title company will conduct the title search and obtain a clear title. There is no need for you to advertise or list your property with an agent, you can save that money.
